HOW IT WORKS
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Schedule a meeting. Clients usually approach us with an understanding of where the challenges or opportunities lie for their organization. In this Initial Consultation, we will be able to dive more deeply into how we can build and sustain a mutually beneficial relationship.
DEFINE THE CHALLENGE / OPPORTUNITY
Together, we will define a clear challenge / opportunity which our consultants will work on. We will ask you to provide us with your mission statement so that we ensure our approaches align.
We will establish and sign a contract. We ask you to have one contact person with the appropriate scope of insight and responsibilities in your organization available to us and the consulting team throughout the whole project phase.
CONSULTING COLLABORATION
Our consultants are dedicating their efforts for a full semester to your project, spending individually between 180 and 200 hours on the challenge. You will have a dedicated project team that will consist of five international and diversly skilled student consultants. We invest in building the best possible teams for your challenge / opportunity based on their expertise, qualifications, interests, abilities, and knowledge. They receive high quality trainings from our executive team, experienced mentors and experts in the field.
IMPLEMENTATION & NEXT STEPS
At the end of the project phase you will recieve tanglible solution recommendations from your consultant team as well as a suggested path towards implementation.
We are currently in talks with Global leadership about implementing an "add-on" service pilot project to start off the implementation phase.
We hope to build sustainable good-will and partnership after your project is complete!
